We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager of GTM Technology to lead the systems, data, and automation that power our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. As part of the Revenue Operations leadership team, you'll own the architecture, performance, and innovation of our GTM tech stack - driving scalable growth, process excellence, and user productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy and governance for our GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ChurnZero, etc.)
Manage a team of platform experts to ensure seamless integration, automation, and usability
Collaborate with GTM leaders to translate business needs into scalable, tech-enabled solutions
Drive process improvements across the full revenue funnel—lead flow, pipeline, renewals, onboarding
Build robust data infrastructure to support segmentation, forecasting, and performance analytics
Maximize platform adoption through enablement, documentation, and training
Lead the design and implementation of AI tools (e.g. custom GPT agents) to drive GTM efficiency
Own vendor management, budget planning, and procurement for GTM systems
Ensure system health, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the tech stack
What You Bring
8+ years in GTM Systems, RevOps, or Sales/Marketing Ops in B2B SaaS
Expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ChurnZero, ZoomInfo, etc.
Strong leadership across systems strategy, automation, and data architecture
Deep understanding of the GTM funnel, customer lifecycle, and performance metrics
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and dashboarding skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Bonus
Experience with LLM tools (e.g. GPTs, agent workflows, RAG systems)
Background in AI/LLMOps for GTM use cases
Understanding of RevOps data warehouses and reverse ETL platforms
