Title: Manager, Creative Content

Location: London, England (Full-Time, In-Office 5 days a week) 

Overview 

Roc Nation is seeking a Manager of Creative Content to serve as a key member of the Roc Nation Sports International Team. This role will develop concepts and graphics in relation to talent logos and websites, as well as create, edit and film content.

The incumbent will  support the Video Content Production team and Head Of Content while participating on multiple video production programs for clients and partners. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with Head Of Content day-to-day on all projects and creative and attends video and photo shoots 

  • Coordinates and executes mid-funnel productions from shoot through post  production, i.e. execution of player capture, behind the scenes, etc. 

  • Creates video content for clients and edits utilising footage, as required

  • Updates and distributes content and assets to clients as instructed

  • Responsible for project content production directed by Head of Content

  • Provides creative resource presentation assets 

  • Provides production support for the video content production team

  • Edits and crafts content pieces as per required 

  • Works to brand guidelines for consulting clients and for our own channels as per  required 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of related experience with a strong background working on video projects,  particular experience with editing and post-production 

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills 

  • Ability to translate creative ideas into creative content 

  • Ability to understand briefs and requirements 

  • Interest and knowledge in professional sports, football and the context around it • Strong ability to manage edits with attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Ability to focus, stay on task & meet production deadlines 

  • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro Essential, other products and  working knowledge is key 

  • Experience with filming and video camera set-ups 

  • Experience with photography and photographic post-production 

  • Experience sizing and formatting videos for online, digital and social

COVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot is a mandatory requirement for this position.
