We’re looking for a Senior Manager, UK Corporate Tax to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding results.
As a Senior Manager, you’ll be a key player in our UK tax practice - managing client engagements, leading compliance and advisory projects, and mentoring talented team members. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on technical challenges, client interaction, and team leadership.
Duties and responsibilities:
People:
  • Supervise Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates in delivering UK corporate tax services.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and technical guidance to help your team succeed.
  • Assist the Director with training, onboarding, and performance initiatives.
Client: 
  • Manage day-to-day client engagements, including compliance, reporting, and advisory work.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior leadership when needed.

  • Drive operational efficiency through effective project management and resource allocation.
  • Support tax technology adoption and process improvements.
  • Stay current with UK tax legislation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Education and Experience: 
  • Qualifications: ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience: Strong UK corporate tax background, ideally from a mid-tier or Big Four firm.
  • Skills:
    • Solid technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
    • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus Points: Exposure to international tax, transfer pricing, or tax automation tools.
