Job Description
Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?
We are looking for Manager Category Finance, FP&A to join our team at Mondelēz Poland & Baltics. In this position, you aren't just "reporting" the numbers - you are the architect of the narrative behind them. You will be responsible for people's development and leading the Integrated Business Planning process (monthly and annual contract). You will drive scenario modeling for market volatility, and act as a critical challenger to Senior Directors and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, driving accountability, engagement, and continuous development.
  • Own end-to-end planning processes (budget, forecast, long-range planning) and ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, influencing decisions through insights, scenario analysis, and financial storytelling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales) to ensure alignment between financial and operational plans and provide actionable insights and clear recommendations to local senior stakeholders, including regional leadership.
  • Drive performance management across categories and markets, identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring delivery of targets.
  • Strengthen FP&A processes, tools, and governance to improve efficiency, standardization, and data quality and drive the digital transformation of the finance function.
  • Effectively manage and mentor third-party service providers, ensuring high-quality output while driving accountability and service-level improvements.
  • Maintain a "Zero Tolerance" compliance environment. You are responsible for ensuring that global policies are not just known, but deeply embedded in the local organizational culture.

Key requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance experience with FP&A as one of them, with at least 4+ years in a formal people-management role, demonstrating a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Solid commercial / FP&A finance experience and deep understanding of FMCG P&L levers, including commodity price impact. Well organised with excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Great ability to navigate a complex matrix environment. You must be comfortable "managing up" and influencing senior leadership across different geographies and functions.
  • Experience in automating manual processes is a significant plus.
  • Proven ability to move beyond the "what" of the data to the "so what" and "now what," providing strategic foresight rather than just hindsight.
  • University degree in Finance/Economics.
  • Fluency in English and Polish; international experience is a benefit.

We offer:
  • Permanent contract without probation period.
  • Annual bonus.
  • Referral Program.
  • Private medical care, life insurance, pension plan, Multisport card.
  • Social Fund support.
  • Cafeteria system.
  • Free parking space in the office building.
  • Hybrid working style - 3 days a week from the office.
