The Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity at our Adobe site in London to support leading our BDR Team for the UKI Region. Adobe’s BDR team is responsible for creating net new business pipeline for the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products. As leader of this team you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the BDR team. You will ultimately be responsible for encouraging the team to engage with new prospects, understand their business needs & goals and creating well qualified pipeline for Field Sales. You will work closely with Field Sales, Marketing and the rest of the Adobe ecosystem to achieve the UKI BDR target and help drive the next wave of growth for the Adobe Experience Cloud.

What You’ll Do:

  • Reporting into the Manager, Business Development UKI you will be responsible for driving pipeline within a key set of Digital Experience products

  • Lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR’s) in qualifying opportunities to achieve/exceed pipeline generation targets through Inbound Marketing sourced leads (AQL’s) and outbound targeted campaign execution

  • Develop and improve the customer experience within Adobe; establishing and aligning with various cross functional Senior Management relationships in order to continue improving the services expected from the Business Development Team

  • Build strong business relationships with all collaborators (AEs, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Country Managers) to deliver company goals, vision and strategy

  • Align with the Sales Organisation to ensure BDR pipeline generation efforts are in line with their team expectations

  • Drive performance against individual targets for team members, conduct ongoing regular coaching & performance evaluations

  • Report regularly to Local Leaders regarding the performance of the BDR's in lead qualification, furnishing them with statistics of leads qualified plus information on forecast pipeline

  • Drive the use of a variety of channels such as social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling for pipeline generation

  • Support and Coach on outbound prospecting techniques including support on email template generation

  • Act as ambassador at all times for the BDR's within Adobe

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Experience in Sales/Business Development or Sales Management with knowledge of SaaS applications a distinct advantage

  • Experience in the ability to inspire & lead early-stage sales excellence to achieve pipeline goals

  • Exemplify personal drive, determination, process excellence, and the highest of ethical standards.

  • Strong understanding of business, company management make buying decisions

  • Can example to teams the power of understanding influences decisions makers etc.

  • Ability to influence and build credibility with internal collaborators

  • Care about Adobe’s customer & prospects and acts as an internal advocate for the Business Development Group

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills crucial

  • Proficiency in English is essential
