Where you’ll fit in & what our team goals are…
Your role is the management of the Management Information (MI) Reporting and Rebates team activities. You will calculate and pay management fee rebates in a timely and accurate manner, provide MI to all business areas, including clients whilst supporting the Head of CASS and Rebates and liaise with the wider business on issue that may arise.

How you'll spend your time...

  • Managing the rebates and MI oversight team ensuring work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Supporting all team members and ensuring efficient time management of all daily, monthly and quarterly tasks

  • Monitoring group inboxes

  • Authorising reconciliations, payments and accruals

  • Approving system updates

  • Managing relationships with internal and external clients

  • Answering ad hoc client queries

  • Taking the lead on all MI and Rebate issues

  • Providing MI on rebates and revenues

  • Authorising rebate agreements between the client and the legal entity

  • Maintain and update Data Cube for Rebates & MI

  • Maintain good relationship with clients, administrators, and all areas of Columbia Threadneedle Investments

  • MI reporting and flow analysis of fund analysis, ensuring Third Party data is integrated where available.

  • Provide AUM and flow stats for RFPs

  • Supporting the Head of Rebates with projects and team management

To be successful in this role you will have...

  • Rebate knowledge and understanding

  • Third party administrator experience

  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs should be second nature).

  • Excellent communication skills with clients and all areas of business.

  • Understanding of basic accountancy procedures.

  • Attention to details

  • Numerate

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Self-starter
