Management Development Programme – Retail Stores in Maidstone with the chance of travel for those that desire it

Roar is looking for a Management Trainee with a passion for fashion and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service to join their expanding retail team. We are looking for people that stand out with amazing communication skills, ambition and drive to lead a team.

We are great believers in never asking someone to do something we are unwilling to do ourselves, so the Management Development Programme is a great opportunity to cross-train someone from Retail Advisor all the way through to a management position within 12 months.

The Candidate: Management Trainee

You will be a forward thinker, someone who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty and working in a fun, fast paced environment. You will be well presented and professional with a great sense of humour and not take yourself too seriously.

You do not need experience but people with a customer focussed background will be highly regarded, from retail to call centres, people with a love of people and willingness to learn will do well here.

You will be able to start immediately (preferred) or certainly prior to Christmas as this is our busiest time of the year!

The Programme for the Management Trainee ​​​​​​​

During our 12-month programme you will experience nearly every part of our business, from KPI’s to complaints, award nights to stockrooms! You will have ongoing support and training both one to one and group settings, but you will also be devoted to seeking new information from peers and colleagues and be determined to commit to your own success with ambition, drive and self-motivation. We are happy to help but we don’t want to spoon feed candidates!
