The Berkeley Partnership is an independently owned management consulting firm based in London and New York. For over 30 years, Berkeley has been doing things a little differently for both our clients and our people – working together to show how consulting should be. We work with large, high-profile clients, shaping and delivering complex and transformational change.

We look to hire and develop passionate, talented consultants, giving you the opportunity to grow by helping our clients tackle their most critical challenges, often by working as an integral part of their leadership teams. There’s a strong focus on personal and professional development, with a partner to consultant ratio of 1:4. We don’t do hierarchy so there are just two levels, Partner and Consultant which fosters a unique collaborative culture across the whole firm. Is Berkeley right for you?

It’s essential to have the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years’ consulting experience
  • Reached ‘Manager’ or ‘Senior Manager’ grade or equivalent at a top-tier consulting firm
  • Experience leading a team in a significant workstream, project or programme, demonstrating strong project/programme management and consulting skills
  • A proven history of building strong and trusted relationships with FTSE 250 clients
  • Adept at communicating complex ideas persuasively and concisely
  • An interest and exposure to technology as a key component of your projects
  • A desire to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders

The following criteria are desirable but not required as The Berkeley Partnership will give you the opportunity to develop further in these areas:

  • Project budget responsibility
  • Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle from strategy to delivery
  • Knowledge of how to leverage technology and digital assets to deliver lasting business change by leading workstreams that follow the software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)

In return, we offer:

  • 30 days annual leave plus eight company holidays
  • 8% non-contributory employer pension plan
  • Private medical insurance for you and your family
  • Comprehensive life assurance (8 times annual base salary)
  • 26 weeks (six months) paid maternity leave on full pay (available from day one)
  • Four weeks paid paternity leave on full pay (available from day one)
  • Up to 16 weeks shared parental leave on full pay, with first 12 months of child's birth
  • Annual health and wellbeing benefit of £300
  • Five discretionary days per year to volunteer with our charity partners
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Ongoing training and development throughout your career
  • A supportive and collegiate environment
  • Regular and inclusive social events

The Berkeley Partnership LLP supports hybrid and flexible working as well as offering part time options.

The Berkeley Partnership is an equal opportunity employer. We aim to foster a warm, open culture of belonging that enables our people to fulfil their potential, no matter their background, ethnicity, sex, gender, sexuality, disability or working style.
