Job Description
Do you have your management consulting skills in order and can run projects independently?
You already have your professional toolkit well stocked with consulting, business analysis and good communication skills, among others. You like to work in teams to find analytical, practical and creative solutions to complex problems. Furthermore, you can successfully execute (partial) projects independently and like to regularly spar with colleagues.
You are able to manage (smaller) teams, you have gained a clear picture of your specialism in your previous job(s) and you know where you want to grow. You can also demonstrate this with relevant cases from practice in the sectors in which we operate, such as Public, Finance, and Industry. Sopra Steria can help you hone and realize this further.
In this challenging position:
- You actively build new relationships and maintain regular contact with existing relationships. You use existing contacts to get things done and join networks.
- You are responsible for developing customer relationships.
- You play an important role in further expanding the success of the propositions, practices, and Sopra Steria as a whole. Customer focus and entrepreneurship are crucial here.
- You work together with the customer, your own multifunctional team and with the Sales & Delivery organization.
With our consultants within Strategy and Business Design, we make the connection between our clients' digital transformation and Sopra Steria's propositions and solutions. We ensure that our clients are not only at the forefront of change, but above all that they continue to do so in the future. Our consultants help both shape and realize our customers' digital transformation.
Qualifications
We’re seeking passionate colleagues who are eager to push the boundaries in digital transformation and technology consulting. If you thrive on challenge and meet (most of) the qualifications below, we look forward to your application!
You have:
- A completed college or university degree in a technical or business field;
- You can communicate fluently in Dutch;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Consultant with a proven track record in tactical and strategic organizational consulting.
- Expertise within one or more of the following areas: Public, Finance or Industry/Commerce (Utilities).
- In depth knowledge and experience within one or more of the following focus areas: IT strategy, cloud transformation, IT modernization, technology platforms, API/Composable Architectures. Data strategy, data-driven organizations, data products, data platforms, data management & governance.
- Operational excellence, lean management, intelligent automation, business process management, Obeya, portfolio management, Agile transformation and scaling, DevOps transformation, workforce transformation, change management or product management.
