Together is building out exciting new Leadership & Management programmes, and we’re looking for an inspiring Leadership & Management Learning Partner to help shape the future of how our people lead. This is a brand‑new role — a genuine opportunity to design, influence and deliver a fresh, modern leadership development strategy from day one.

You won't be just be joining an established machine; you’ll be helping build it. You’ll work alongside senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and passionate people professionals to create powerful learning experiences that lift capability, ignite confidence and positively impact our culture.

  • Designing and evolving our leadership and management development programmes.
  • Delivering high‑impact sessions across the business.
  • Coaching, mentoring and giving powerful developmental feedback to leaders — including Executives.
  • Guiding cohorts through a seamless and inspiring learning journey from onboarding to completion.
  • Supporting leaders to take learning off the page and apply it to real‑world performance.
  • Keeping programme, attendance and learner records accurate for compliance and reporting.
  • Coordinating logistics, scheduling and cohort activity to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Bringing insights, evaluation and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Building trusted, influential relationships with senior SMEs and People/Talent teams.
  • Diagnosing learning needs to keep our programmes fresh, relevant and business‑aligned.
  • Ensuring every intervention contributes to our long‑term leadership capability goals.

PLEASE NOTE: this role is based in our offices in Cheadle (SK8 3GW) 5 days per week 

Qualifications

  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences with confidence and credibility.
  • Experience delivering leadership, management or behavioural development programmes.
  • Coaching or mentoring experience — ideally with senior leaders; accreditation preferred.
  • Confidence designing or co‑creating impactful learning content.
  • High levels of organisation, attention to detail and commitment to outstanding learner experience.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying learning needs and shaping effective solutions.
  • Comfort operating at pace in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Curiosity, proactivity and a love of self‑directed learning.
  • Resilience, reflection and a willingness to experiment and learn from what works (and what doesn’t).
  • A track record of creating measurable impact.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to best practice.
  • Understanding of leadership frameworks and development methodologies.
  • CIPD Level 5 (preferred but not essential).
