To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we are looking for a Management Accountant to join a fast-paced organisation, supporting financial reporting, business partnering, and continuous improvement across the UK operations. The role will play a key part in strengthening financial control, enhancing processes, and delivering high-quality insight to support decision-making.

- Strong technical accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of financial reporting and controls
- A dedicated focus on continuous improvement, leveraging automation and standardisation to enhance efficiency
Using these skills, you’ll be:
- Responsible for reporting financial performance for your business line, including the production and review of monthly management accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet), supported by robust variance analysis and clear commentary
- Leading and continuously improving month-end close activities, ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines, financial integrity, and completeness of reporting
- Owning key finance processes, including bank reconciliation, accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue and intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across all reporting activities
- Managing and reconciling balance sheet accounts, ensuring appropriate controls, accuracy, and timely resolution of reconciling items
- Identifying and implementing process enhancements to strengthen financial controls, improve efficiency, and enhance reporting capabilities
- Driving standardisation of finance processes across business units to improve consistency, scalability, and governance
- Delivering meaningful financial analysis and insight to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Building strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders, providing clear, relevant, and actionable financial insight to support decision-making
- Proactively challenging stakeholders to drive improved financial performance and accountability
- Contributing to the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of financial policies, processes, and controls
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis on key drivers and variances

- Collaborating with transactional finance teams, ensuring appropriate oversight and alignment with financial control requirements
- Performing group reconciliations and supporting head office reporting requirements as required
- Leading year-end audit processes for assigned areas, including preparation, coordination with auditors, and timely delivery of requirements
- Supporting VAT and corporation tax processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy where applicable
- Acting as a change champion, driving adoption of improved processes and controls across the business
- Supporting ad-hoc finance projects and initiatives as required
