The Role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys both hands-on financial work and business partnering across multiple international entities.

You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of the Group’s month-end close process, supporting local finance teams, and maintaining robust financial control.
 

Key Responsibilities

Month-End Close & Balance Sheet Reconciliations:

  • Review and support the monthly close process for all entities within the Group.
  • Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Identify and resolve variances, errors, or inconsistencies across the ledgers.

Finance Business Partnering:

  • Act as a key finance partner to our teams in the US, Canada, Brazil, and Denmark, providing financial insight and support.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand performance drivers and ensure accurate reporting.

Expense Management & Reporting:

  • Support employee expense filing and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and internal controls.
  • Assist in preparing expense analyses for management review.

Ad-Hoc Bookkeeping & Financial Support:

  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and financial projects as required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
     

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a related field such as finance or accounting.
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) and month-end processes.
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working across international teams.

Desirable

  • Experience working within a multi-entity or multinational environment.
  • Previous exposure to expense management systems (e.g., Aspire, Concur).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative finance team.
