Callaway Golf Europe have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Management Accountant on a Fixed Term basis to cover a period of maternity.
The role is hybrid with a requirement to be in the Chessington head office a minimum of 2 days per week on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
The Management Accountant will join us on a full time, fixed term basis for approximately 13 months, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £40,000.00 – £55,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

The main purpose of the Management Accountant is to improve processes, analyse P&L data for insights, support cost centre managers in meeting key metrics, and ensure accurate month-end journals with variance analysis and commentary.
With excellent attention to detail and communication skills, the Management Accountant will have the ability to multitask while ensuring priorities are managed effectively and deadlines are consistently met.
The successful candidate must be qualified, or completing their final exams and have knowledge of commercial accounting, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel capabilities, with a proven ability to influence at all levels, work collaboratively across teams, and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment. If you have proven experience in SAP, US GAAP, IFRS reporting, wholesale, or Power BI, this would be an advantage.
