The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - IT Asset Management (ITAM) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust IT systems that support business operations, confirming seamless network and server functionality. Within our Cloud Operations practice, you will focus on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to enable smooth operations and availability for clients. This involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and applying industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, take ownership of projects, and develop skills outside your comfort zone, encouraging others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and minimize downtime
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems to enhance performance and availability
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud services to address issues promptly and maintain service excellence
- Designing cloud infrastructure architecture to support business operations and client needs
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of cloud migration and optimization projects
- Utilizing technical proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform to drive cloud strategy and service delivery
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop skills and deliver quality outcomes
- Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for infrastructure performance improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in critical conversations
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with cloud regulations and guidelines
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
- Utilizing cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Managing IT asset management projects with strategic planning and execution
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery
- Mentoring junior staff and developing leadership skills

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
