Job Summary

As Managed Services Contract Coordinator you will be responsible for the timely and accurate production of client facing contracts, placement of orders on various suppliers and to create and confirm invoicing schedules for multiple clients. You will working as part of a fast paced team who are diligent in their approach, operate to high standard and have a right first time mentality. You will liaise with various levels of stakeholders, including but not limited to internal business units, external vendors, suppliers and customers, ensuring relationships are built, maintained and enhanced. You will be involved in the investigation and resolution of contract and invoice queries. Acting with integrity and in collaboration with various business stakeholders. Suggesting and supporting initiatives that drive improvements to the way we operate, demonstrating a balanced flexibility, curiosity and a passion to engage.

What you will do:

  • Quality Control (compliance checking) for all contract requests received.
  • Placement of third party orders on various suppliers
  • Creation of standard templated contract documents for the various managed services sold.
  • Create and confirm client invoicing schedules
  • Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and in line with agreed Service Levels (SLAs)
  • Act as a point of escalation where necessary to resolve queries.
  • Build a solid relationship with our internal and external customers

What we expect of you:

  • 1+ years of experience in contract administration, admin, client management, vendor management, reseller management or related role
  • Contract management: Strong understanding of contract management, contract Renewals, contract Cancellations and sales principles and practices from new sales and renewal sales.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in building relationships and engaging with multiple internal business units and support functions, supporting vendors and valued resellers or suppliers.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in using CRM systems, ERP solutions, Microsoft office and reporting tools.
  • Order processing: Experience in placing orders with various suppliers and managing supplier relationships, cancelling or recalling orders, validating Quotes and quality and compliance checking Customer request against Quote generated.
  • Quality control: Experience in quality control or compliance checking for: contract requests, addition or removal of lines from existing contract, cancellation of contracts and renewal of existing contracts. DevOps approach to software; create high quality code using traditional software practices, such as building, linting, unit testing, source control, CI/CD, peer reviews, etc.
