- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure processes and configurations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to cloud infrastructure and security.
- Proven experience in infrastructure support, particularly in managing AWS environments.
- Strong knowledge of SSL certificate management and security compliance.
- Experience with server administration and maintenance in Windows environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with database management and development.
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
- Certifications in AWS or related cloud technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in infrastructure management and support.
- Proven track record of managing cloud infrastructure and ensuring system reliability.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
