MAINFRAME SALES DIRECTOR - EMEA
As the EMEA Sales Director, you will spearhead the sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA. Your role is pivotal in driving retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement. You will lead a team of EMEA business developers and collaborate with key partners to achieve financial and business goals.
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA.
  • Drive retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.
  • Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.
  • Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers


What are we looking for?

  • You have proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in additional European languages would be a plus.
  • Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations.
