Your key responsibilities as an M&A Integration Project Manager will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive integration plans for multiple acquisitions simultaneously.
  • Leading project execution, maintaining detailed project plans, and managing internal integration teams.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of integration activities.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations effectively.
  • Supporting risk identification and mitigation across legal, regulatory, financial, and operational areas.
  • Tracking performance and reporting progress to identify roadblocks and implement corrective actions.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an M&A Integration Project Manager:

  • You have at least 3 years of proven experience in project management, delivering multiple complex projects.
  • You understand M&A processes, including due diligence and post-merger integration.
  • You are proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can make data-driven decisions.
  • You excel in communication and stakeholder management, influencing at all levels.
