We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and collaborative Executive Assistant to support our M&A sector teams. This is a key role within a fast-paced, high-performing environment, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
In addition to primary support for M&A teams, you will provide ad hoc assistance across other sector teams and offer holiday cover for assistants when needed. This is a full-time, office-based role in our London office (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality executive and administrative support to M&A teams
- Manage complex calendars, meetings and scheduling with efficiency and precision
- Co-ordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Organise client events, dinners and internal meetings
- Prepare and submit accurate expense reports
- Assist with editing documents to a high standard
- Maintain and update Salesforce records, including contacts and meeting activity
- Support wider team initiatives and ad hoc projects as required
Skills & Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce and Concur preferred
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
