Who we are

OneDome is a fast-growing fintech group, revolutionising the homebuying experience in the UK. We offer an end-to-end digital journey for property transactions, integrating mortgage, legal and protection services into one seamless platform.

With multiple acquisitions in the past year, rapid revenue growth and recognition as one of Deloitte’s UK Fastest-Growing Technology Businesses, we are on a mission to build the leading housing ecosystem in the UK.

OneDome is in an exciting and highly active phase of growth. This role offers a rare opportunity to join a lean and ambitious M&A function where you will gain end-to-end deal exposure, have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and take real ownership across live transactions and integrations.

The role

We are looking for a high-calibre M&A Analyst with at least 3 years’ experience and trained in Investment Banking to support our acquisitive growth strategy.

You will work closely with senior leadership, finance and operational teams on the full lifecycle of M&A – from target screening through execution and post-deal integration. This is a highly commercial, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a scaling environment and wants to move beyond advisory into a principle in-house position.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end M&A process, including origination, evaluation, execution and integration.
  • Build and review financial models, valuations and investment cases for acquisition targets.
  • Conduct financial, commercial and operational due diligence.
  • Prepare investment papers and board materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Assist in deal structuring, SPA review and transaction execution.
  • Work closely with functional teams to support post-acquisition integration.
  • Track market trends, competitors and potential acquisition opportunities.

Who you are

  • At least 3 year’s experience in M&A, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance
  • Exceptional foundation in Investment Banking.
  • A strong academic background, ideally from a leading university.
  • Excellent financial analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and deal mechanics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in technology-enabled businesses and scaling platforms.
