About the opportunity

We are looking for ambitious Visiting Analysts (m/f/d) who will join the T.Capital Tech Fund team in our London officeThey would be key members of the team focused on the execution of new investment opportunities as well as the development of portfolio companies.

Who we are

The T.Capital Tech Fund is a EUR 2bn investment platform focused on acquiring stakes (significant minorities to majorities) in tech businesses with investment tickets of EUR 50-300m. T.Capital Tech Fund was established as part of an autonomous investment management firm with €5bn+ assets under management and over 50 employees in 6 offices around the globe. Our focus areas are Cyber Security, Defence Tech, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure, and Internet of Things. 

As a member of our investment team, you will work closely with senior investment professionals to identify and execute transactions in category-leading software businesses. You will also contribute to our Value Creation Strategy relying on 3 pillars: profitable growth, M&A activities, and synergies with the Deutsche Telekom Group.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform market research to identify new investment trends and opportunities
  • Develop extensive analyses of investment targets
  • Co-create financial models and valuation frameworks
  • Learn about various tactics to proactively engage with investment targets
  • Contribute to due diligence on live transactions

What you need to be successful:

  • 1 or more internships at reputable Investment Banks, Funds or Consulting practices
  • Track record of exposure to (technology) transactions
  • Understanding & genuine passion for technology, entrepreneurship and growth capital as well as new business models
  • Thriving in fast-paced environment
  • Quick and thorough when diving into complex topics
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English

Earliest starting date: Hiring on a rolling basis

Duration: Minimum 3 months. Preferably 6 months
