As an Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution and coordination of projects related to IT equipment and services. This role involves overseeing timelines, managing resources, and facilitating communication between various teams to ensure the organization’s technological projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. 

Your future role within QRT :

  • Project Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met. Maintain schedules and ensure alignment of project goals across stakeholders. 
  • Resource Management: Monitor and manage IT-related resources, including hardware and software. Collaborate with teams to ensure the necessary tools and resources are available for project execution.
  • Communication and collaboration: Serve as a point of contact between departments and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, distribute updates, and ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Tracking and Documentation: Implement and maintain systems for tracking project progress and IT asset usage. Ensure accurate documentation of processes and outcomes.
  • Support and Training: Provide support to team members regarding project-related processes and tools. Organize training sessions as needed. 

Your present skillset: 

  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 
  • Experience: [2-5 years] of experience in project coordination, IT-related project management, or a related area.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, or MS Project) as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and streamline processes.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn and understand complex systems and processes. Eager to adopt new concepts and challenge existing frameworks.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
