As our Logistics Specialist, EMEA & APAC, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations across D2C shipments, intercompany transfers, and business-to-business flows. You will also support new product introductions (NPI) through SKU and BOM creation, as well as partner and stakeholder setup. This London-based role is central to ensuring smooth logistics execution and supporting the growth of Oura’s operations worldwide.

What you will do:
  • Act as a Trusted Logistics Professional: Serve as a reliable logistics and fulfillment expert across Oura’s internal teams, logistics partners, and B2B customers.
  • Oversee E-commerce Operations: Manage direct-to-consumer logistics across EMEA & APAC, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, returns, and compliance with local requirements.
  • Manage Intercompany Transfers: Oversee transfers of finished goods between Oura’s global warehouses and 3PLs, ensuring correct documentation, on-time execution, and system accuracy.
  • Support B2B Logistics: Coordinate order execution for distributors and business partners, including shipment planning, routing, and ASN compliance, while aligning with internal stakeholders.
  • Enable NPI Readiness: Support new product launches by setting up SKUs and BOMs on 3PLs systems to ensure readiness ahead of launch.
  • Monitoring Packaging Materials: Track packaging material status at 3PLs, coordinate replenishment by ordering from suppliers, and organize deliveries and shipments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Drive Communication and Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for e-commerce, transfer, and B2B logistics activities, building strong relationships with logistics providers, finance, sales, and compliance teams.
  • Ensure Process Excellence: Continuously seek improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen the reliability of Oura’s logistics network.
Requirements:

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics.
  • Experience in D2C and B2B order management, including working with 3PLs and carriers.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of NPI processes including SKU creation, BOM management, and system setup.
  • Knowledge of intercompany transfers, inventory flows, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and a hands-on, solution-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Independent, proactive workstyle with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent Sheets and Google Workspace skills.
  • Based in London, with flexibility to work in-office and remotely as needed.
