Boeing Global Services is excited to find a Logistics Service Representative to support the CH-47 Italy PBL program. We are seeking a dedicated individual to set up and manage a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment; help to develop and implement PBL-specific processes and procedures; and execute day-to-day supply support activities. The ideal candidate brings strong logistics experience, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement to ensure reliable sustainment of CH-47 operations.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Viterbo, Italy. The role involves managing all aspects of warehouse operations to include material receipt, stocking material to the shelf, filling part requisitions, accepting and inducting retrogrades for repair, material preparation, and assist with packaging and shipment of repairable components.

Position Responsibilities:

- Execute overall warehouse operations, to include implementing procedures, issuing aircraft parts, and receiving returned repairable components.
- Inspect parts for damage, serviceability, proper paperwork, and assist with packaging for shipment.
- Ensure data accuracy within the inventory management system and will be responsible for conducting annual audits and cycle counts of on-hand spare parts.
- Research, identify, and resolve supply support system inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor logistics system performance and investigate demand management and replenishment processes.
- Coordinate the movement of components through the repair and return cycle.
- Review, aggregate, and approve required company reports while managing field office resources.
- Provide supply support sustainment services for PBL supply-related topics,
- Ensure effective handling of HAZMAT/Dangerous Goods materials.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date register of all material inflows and outflows in compliance with TULPS Regulations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum 3 years of domestic and/or international logistics experience is required.
- Minimum 2 years of transportation experience.
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with global trade compliance.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management systems.
- Proficient/Fluent in English and Italian across speaking, reading, and writing.
- Ability to obtain base access and pass local background check during the onboarding process.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Associates degree, certifications or equivalent of Education and experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Prior Military Aviation logistics experience.
- Experience with GOLD/ GOLDEsp preferred.
- Experience with TAMMS tools such as TAV/WOW preferred.
