WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. Internally, this role will partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Digital Ops, Marketplace Supply chain, Technology and Planning management team. Externally, this role will require close partnership with Nike’s digital platform partners.This role will report to the Logistics Manager and will be based out of Bangalore.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum of 5 years’ in Supply Chain Logistics / eCommerce, with a Bachelor’s degree in related education or closely related

  • Digital supply chain / logistics, outbound management, fulfilment management with a proven history of delivering results.

  • Experience in performance management and project management

  • Very strong analytical and presentation skills

  • Obsessed with maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations to elevate consumer experience.

  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.

  • Strong operational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.

  • Keen attention to detail, an aptitude for process, and a hunger to continuously learn and grow.

  • Ability to work as strong team player within a diverse group.

  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau) with the ability to interpret information for sound decision-making

  • Experience working in online/E-commerce operations is essential

  • Good understanding of Digital Order Management System, Warehouse Management System(WMS), Transport Management System(TMS) ,SAP and end to end process mapping.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

We are looking for a strong team player with proven logistics and eCommerce experience, who will be part of the Nike Supply Chain team based in India. You must be a self-starter, know how to work independently, receive minimal guidance, solve complex problems, take a new perspective using existing solutions and manage the performance of Omnichannel/Digital/E-com operations effectively. You will be responsible for end-to-end digital fulfilment operations, effectively managing the business process key metrics, SLA, KPI, performance score cards and reviews with Nike partners. You will partner closely with internal cross-functional teams and Nike’s Partners to ensure optimal consumers’ experience. You are strong in operational processes with quick, flexible, and logical mindset to manage and resolve operational challenges for digital operations of Nike India business.

  • Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams, Nike’s digital platform Partners and 3PL to align Distribution center capacity, Delivery planning and Key performance metrics

  • Proactively engage relevant stakeholders to effectively manage requirements for successful execution of peak event sales like.

  • Responsible for achieving all the key performance metrics and aligned SLA metrics with Nike digital platform partners

  • Actively engage with Nike digital platform partners to understand the key changes and engage internal X-functional audience to implement any changes

  • Partner with Nike digital platform partners to ensure Last mile delivery/Expected Delivery Date/Actual Delivery Date performance improved by periodic reviews

  • Facilitate conversations and lead supply chain performance, KPI & SLA reviews with partners that drive operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Nike’s partner to manage day-to-day operations.

  • Drive LEAN improvement efforts across internal and external teams to create the organizational capabilities required to deliver ongoing improvement.

  • Accountable for projects or programs with manageable risks and resource requirements

  • Responsible for development and management/administration of all policies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods.

  • Apply best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes, or services
