TJX Europe is looking for a Logistics Manager – Data & Analytics to join our Supply Chain Analytics team. This role will support the function and help deliver Logistics and Distribution goals. Reporting into the Manager of Logistics – Data & Analytics, this role will oversee a team of analysts and technical developers focused on optimizing supply chain performance through providing critical operational reporting, leveraging technology to solve business problems and delivering actionable insights across all areas of the supply chain. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep analytical expertise and a solid understanding of logistics operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Team performance & development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics analysts and BI specialists.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
    • Set clear objectives and manage performance through regular feedback and coaching.
    • Manage the team’s workload and ensure timely delivery of analytics projects & ad hoc deliverables
  • Business Value:
    • Support the team with providing a reliable and high-quality reporting offer to the business
    • Partner with business analysts and management to ensure technical solutions deliver on business value
    • Communicate progress on projects with management and stakeholders, supporting business analysts with clear timelines and deliverables
  • Data Quality & Governance:
    • Ensure the team follow best practice, with robust solution designs, error handling & coding principles
    • Ensure data integrity is at the forefront of our work, delivering consistency in our data & reporting offer and fostering confidence in the insights the team provides
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Proven experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.
  • Experience with applying statistical analysis and data modeling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics) is preferred.
  • Experience of working in a project environment, able to manage a team to meet deadlines. Experience with Agile project methodology preferred.
  • Experience of Supply Chain preferred
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL and best practices
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
