About the Role

Partner Success Associates (PSAs) work closely with Partner Success Managers (PSMs) to ensure our retail partners make the most of OSP. You’ll support daily operations, manage partner requests, help coordinate deployments, and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth. 

This position is hybrid with a balance of home working and 2 days/week based in our offices in Hatfield (UK) or Barcelona (Spain). Occasional travel to our other sites may be required. Fluency in both French and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to Partner Success Managers in delivering a high-quality service to partners
  • Leverage internal knowledge resources to help address partner questions and requests
  • Step in as a deputy during periods of absence to ensure continuity of support for our partners
  • Prepare presentations, document meeting outcomes, and help track follow-up actions
  • Stay informed about new product features and updates to support partner understanding
  • Identify potential areas for improvement and share insights with the wider team
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of new product rollouts, ensuring partners are ready and supported
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen partner relationships
  • Contribute to the sharing of knowledge and best practices across partner teams
About You

You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoys solving problems and building relationships. You’re eager to learn and make an impact by supporting partners to succeed operationally and commercially.

Minimum:
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • A can-do attitude and clear desire to learn
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable multitasking under pressure
  • Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Logical thinker who can deal with ambiguity
  • Able to handle challenges with positivity and pragmatism
  • Comfortable interacting with partner teams and large groups
  • PC literate with experience using Google Suite
Preferred:
  • Additional European language(s)
  • Experience in a retail or logistics environment
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement, optimisation, and growth-focused processes
  • Experience working cross-functionally or in client-facing roles
  • Experience with OSP or similar tech platforms
  • Commercial or business management background
