What The Job Is All About

Our Logistics Team play a key role in the delivery of all Hawk-Eye services around the sporting world, ensuring that our people and our technology are in the right place at the right time. In this role, you'll be supporting our Tennis department, who deliver our services to all of the major events such as Grand Slams, Tour events and many more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the operations and management team to arrange travel, accommodation, ferry and car hire for Tennis events all over the world

  • Coordinate with our preferred freight forwarders to procure the most cost-effective option to deliver our equipment to site in a timely manner

  • Organising courier collection and deliveries

  • Arrange accreditations for operational teams. 

  • Creating shipping documentation for both temporary and permanent importations

  • Support operational staff in obtaining visas and travel documentation

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide successful logistics delivery at events. 

  • Seek ways to improve our efficiency across the business by exploring new relationships with suppliers, refining our policies and procedures etc.

  • Provide solutions and offer support to some of the day-to-day challenges of global operations.
