We are looking for a Localisation Project Coordinator superstar to support Flo teams by enabling localisation as part of their development cycles.

In this role, you will build on your existing foundation in localisation to support our Localisation Operations Hubs, with a strong focus on language quality. You will take ownership of a range of localisation projects across various Flo content types, managing them independently from initial planning through to testing and release. Reporting to the Localisation Operations Lead, you will collaborate actively with the wider Localisation team, Division Coordinators, internationalisation, external vendors, and key business stakeholders.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Practical localisation experience, ideally within the digital or tech space;
  • Some exposure to continuous localisation workflows with a solid understanding of how to operate in agile environments;
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload, meet deadlines and prioritise effectively with minimal daily oversight;
  • Self-starter, proactive attitude with a sense of urgency when handling projects or blockers;
  • Practical, solution-driven thinking;
  • Acknowledges own mistakes, learns from them and accepts constructive feedback;
  • Some experience working with, or coordinating tasks for, third-party vendors, freelancers, LSPs or contractors;
  • Practical experience in analysing project data to inform project or workflow decisions;
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively within diverse, cross-cultural teams;
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills, with some experience presenting updates/information to colleagues and stakeholders;

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with scalable localisation infrastructures;
  • Some exposure to OKR development, production roadmap planning, impact reporting;
  • Some understanding of the applications of AI to localisation workflows;
  • Ability to anticipate edge cases or potential problems and plan accordingly;

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Partner with Localisation Project and Program Managers to ensure that product localisation and Operational Hub roadmaps are adhered to across languages;
  • Manage end-to-end localisation requests from across Flo teams from initial production planning to testing and release;
  • Take an active part in vendor management to ensure localisation is delivered on time and at the right level of quality;
  • Work closely with Quality and Language Leads assigned to monitor data and improve language quality to ensure ongoing improvement and root cause analysis and ongoing maintenance of language assets;
  • Monitor and report on production KPIs, as well as project progress, potential risks and delays to Localisation Program Managers key stakeholders;
  • Document processes related to day-to-day localisation production and maintain them.
