You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team in one of our Live Studios, currently working on Mob Control and you will be working with the Live Unit, focused on delivering a top notch experience to players

This position is fully remote in any country within a European Time Zone (CET +/-3h).

Role

We are looking for a talented Live Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering innovative, seamless, and high-quality player experiences. You will take a proactive approach to manage all operations and ensure the smooth execution of in-game events, promotions, campaigns, and A/B tests. Your role will directly impact the game’s performance and player experience.

  • Configure, validate, and manage in-game promotions, events, features, pricing, segmentation, and A/B tests

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations of new features, and events in the Live team.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues in live production environments

  • Contribute new ideas and improvements to streamline workflows and optimize the player experience

  • Work closely with Product, Monetization, and Economy teams to align on the execution of the designs targeting business goals

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company by working alongside a senior, multidisciplinary team of passionate professionals. Your contributions will be key to ensuring flawless setups and enabling seamless player interactions with the game. Thanks to your expertise and teamwork, let’s create smooth and engaging experiences for millions of players.

Profile
  • 1-2 years of experience in the gaming industry. Preferably in the QA or Design crafts.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex configurations and workflows

  • Strong technical skills with the ability to operate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.

  • Unity 3D basic knowledge.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues

  • Familiarity with game operations and Back-End systems is a plus

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure

  • English proficiency (spoken and written) is a must
