eBay Live is a new way to sell on eBay, where sellers and buyers interact live on video. eBay sellers build buyer trust, expand their customer base, and grow repeat business through consistent and engaging live streams on eBay Live. eBay buyers can view, chat, ask questions, give feedback, vote, and buy online during eBay Live selling.

The role will support UK eBay Live operations across various tasks including creation and implementation of operating processes, customer support, and production support. You will have operations and production experience, but also strong customer empathy, and communication skills.

What you will accomplish:

  • Develop and implement operations processes to support livestream commerce on eBay

  • Own and support the seller onboarding process, including vetting the seller applications and introducing new sellers and businesses to livestreaming on eBay 

  • Support ongoing communications to buyers and sellers who engage with eBay Live events - including providing feedback to sellers on events and guidance on how to run successful events on eBay

  • Identify and triage customer feedback to relevant teams

  • Actively manage event calendars with sellers and eBay cross-functional teams, including supporting on event planning, production & execution of new event formats

  • Support certain livestream events in-person (requires travel) with event creation on eBay platform, active content moderation and other event admin tasks during such events

  • Work closely with the legal, analytics, product and operations teams to introduce and improve policies and processes that help protect buyers and sellers.

  • Ability and willingness to travel to support events including at weekends
