Job Description
As the Live Casino Executive, you will support the Live Casino Manager and Head of UK Live Casino in enhancing the Gaming lobby, Live Tables, and Products. Your responsibilities include testing new platform features, optimizing table staking limits and site positioning, and ensuring an optimal customer experience through ongoing tool improvements. You will also assist in managing the Live Casino release roadmap, coordinating with the Group Product team to launch new features and track their performance.
The role involves day-to-day site maintenance, utilising available tools to align with customer preferences and brand goals. You will conduct QA and A/B testing to refine features and maintain a best-in-class lobby. Additionally, you will help optimise content exposure, provide data-driven recommendations, and deliver regular performance reports.
What you will do
- Use BI tools to report on live tables, supplier performance, and highlight risks/successes.
- Conduct QA testing, A/B testing, and escalate issues to the UK Live Casino Manager.
- Analyze and optimize game and lobby performance based on user metrics.
- Act as a liaison between internal gaming teams, suppliers, and promotional teams.
- Provide commercial insights through clear reporting and competitor analysis.
- Support customer service teams with escalations and common pain points.
- Assist in game scheduling, releases, marketing, and positioning for optimal performance.
- Contribute to roadmap planning, user experience improvements, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of using lobby management and creative briefing tools
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills, to manipulate, analyse, drill into and present data and insight
- Good knowledge of the Slots, Bingo, Table RNG and Live Casino landscape
- Previous Knowledge of interactive Games and Games suppliers
- Commercial acumen
- Confident and used to working on their own with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution in daily work
- Excellent knowledge of the online gaming industry and competitor products
- Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
