Description

At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to become part our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing programs to engage our users and support their journeys of self discovery.

You’ll achieve this by building personalized campaigns and leveraging data and user research to improve the user experience. You will touch every part of the user lifecycle, from activation to conversion and retention.

You’ll work seamlessly across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to build, test and scale a portfolio of programs and experiments, indexing on learning, iterating, and shipping at speed.

Most importantly, you’ll be an advocate for our Members — sharing insights back to the company on how they respond to different messages and tactics, and creating feedback cycles across the company.

What you will do:

  • Deeply understand our Members: You’ll need to be in constant learning mode, developing a strong understanding of our users and their needs through curiosity and empathy.
  • Helping our Members across their journey: You’ll be responsible for creating delightful user experiences and driving business growth by improving user activation, conversion, and retention
  • Collaborate across the business: You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to optimize email and in-app touch points to drive incremental impact and learnings.
  • Build and launch personalized campaigns: One size fits all does not work for Feeld’s diverse Members. You’ll be tasked with understanding top user segments and use cases, delivering focused messaging to the right user at the right time.
  • Develop and own your roadmap: Identify areas of opportunity within the customer journey and create an experimentation plan to improve key conversion metrics. Run high velocity, high impact campaigns to optimize for learnings.
Requirements
About you:
  • You have 4-6 years of experience doing lifecycle work across the user journey
  • You have direct hands-on experience with marketing automation technology, preferably Braze
  • You understand and have experience leveraging multiple lifecycle channels (e.g. In-app, Push notifications, Email) to create a holistic experience with appropriate touch-points at each journey stage
  • You enjoy working in scrappy, fast-paced working environment. You pride yourself on trying things quickly, learning and iterating, and then either pivoting or scaling
  • You’re excited to own challenging projects that produce user delight as well as business impact backed up by incrementality
  • A knack for art and science — you’re just as comfortable making messaging and design suggestions as you are analyzing a spreadsheet and quantifying results
  • You’re insatiably curious: you're fascinated by how people behave and have a scientific mindset about how to make even small changes in decision-making
  • You have a data-driven, product mindset: you’re tackle complex problems with systems thinking, you love automating manual processes, and can communicate your ideas with structured thinking

Bonus points:

  • You have worked on a Growth team before
  • You have worked at a mobile-app first company or a company with a heavy mobile component

That is why we offer:

  • A compensation system that is transparent, honest, and equitable.
  • At Feeld we believe all humans deserve to make a competitive wage. That's why we offer a Baseline Freedom Salary of £60,000 GBP per year.

Estimated compensation for this role:

  • The total cash compensation for this role is dependent on Level and Step, as well as geographic location, but we estimate that the competitive market compensation for this role is between £95,000 - £110,000 GBP based on the requirements listed in this job description.

Our interview process:

  • Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
  • Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
  • The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
  • Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at Feeld.
  • We generally make an offer within 2 weeks of our final call, and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the next Monday after you sign our offer documentation.
  • Of note: all of our interviews are conducted remotely, and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.

We understand we're asking you to invest your time and best efforts in our process, and are appreciative of getting the chance to better know who you are as a person and candidate. In return, we’re committed to offering transparent communication and prompt feedback as you navigate this application with us.
