Welcome to Trinny London!
Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we're only just getting started. Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines.

We have achieved tremendous growth since 2017 and we’re proud to be one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands. We’re generating millions of sales by developing innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth.

Our Values

We live by three core values: we bring fearless passion, we act with smart intent and we all wear yellow.

We always go the extra mile, working together to push boundaries and celebrate our wins and learnings as a team. We listen to every idea, big or small, and make considered decisions. We support each other to achieve our goals and thrive on collaboration.

The Role

Your day to day responsibilities will look like this:

    • Manage the email marketing calendar, including campaign building, testing, quality assurance, and scheduling to ensure accurate and timely deployments.
    • Work closely with the wider Lifecycle team to provide operational support on product launches and automated customer journeys across email, SMS, and direct mail channels.
    • Support ongoing audit templates and segments for Shopify migration to protect customer journeys and improve conversion.
    • Use Asana to coordinate campaign assets, alongside the Lifecycle Co-Ordinator, partnering with creative, copy and other internal teams to execute deliverables against agreed timelines and manage risks or delays.
    • Report on performance data, across KPI’s such as open rate, click through rate and conversion, to identify trends, provide actionable insights and highlight opportunities.
    • Execute structured A/B testing on subject lines, creative, and audiences to document and apply learnings.
    • Utilise AI tools to streamline workflows for copy development, ideation, and reporting while maintaining quality.
    • Maintain organised campaign documentation and shared trackers for team accessibility.
    • Collaborate across Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce to align lifecycle activity with commercial priorities.
    • Apply an organised, proactive approach to improve processes and overall channel performance.

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

    • Hands-on experience managing CRM/ESP platforms (ideally Ometria or comparable platforms) within a premium beauty, lifestyle, or fast-paced DTC environment, is essential. HTML/Jinja experience is an added bonus.
    • Previous operational experience, taking ownership of build, QA, and deployment processes with minimal ramp-up time. Experience working with platform development or migration is desired.
    • Highly organised with great time management skills, capable of juggling daily operational tasks alongside support for longer-term projects.
    • Comfortable working with numbers, with a knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets to assist in tracking and interpreting campaign performance.
    • An attention to detail, ensuring zero typos, correct link tracking, and seamless visual layout across all email deployments.
    • Approachable and enthusiastic, with strong communication skills required to work cross-functionally and maintain strong internal relationships.
    • A positive attitude toward change and flexibility in daily tasks, with the maturity to seek guidance when unsure or when complex issues arise.
    • A strong appetite for digital tech and a genuine passion for the future of AI; hands-on experience or a strong curiosity toward using AI tools to boost productivity and creative execution.

We love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London! Although it’s useful to have the skills listed above, we’re always eager to hear from ambitious people looking for their next challenge.
