ClearView Healthcare Partners is a premier life sciences strategy consulting firm headquartered in Boston, with offices in San Francisco, New York City, London, Zurich and Gurgaon. Serving clients in the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic spaces, we provide world-class strategic decision-making support across a diverse range of business issues. Our goal is to inform actionable recommendations that allow companies to achieve their business objectives.

At ClearView, you will encounter an entrepreneurial environment, interact with a dynamic group of colleagues, present to clients in critical business situations, and develop a deep understanding of the life sciences and biopharmaceutical industry. You will be mentored directly by ClearView managers, who have a wealth of experience in life sciences consulting. In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues including new product planning, pricing & market access, investor services, launch and product commercialization.

Role Overview

You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. During the course of a typical project, you will engage in a number of activities, including:

  • Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach
  • Able to conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight
  • Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
  • Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value

Qualifications

The successful Life Sciences Senior Analyst candidate must have the following skills and experience:

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in the life sciences or equivalent field
  • At least 18 months of experience in life sciences consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and project management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Highly analytical approach to solving complex problems
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model out of our London office; new hires will be in office 100% during onboarding and training will then go to 80% in office through month nine (9) and then the schedule adjusts to a 50% in office expectation after that

What We Value

We recognize that not every candidate will meet every qualification listed. If you’re excited about this role and believe you have relevant experience or transferable skills, we encourage you to apply. We value curiosity, a growth mindset, and a commitment to collaboration.
