Coach teams in Lean fundamentals; standardize wins into standard work
Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process capability, reduce defects, and stabilize processes
Utilize FLIGHT DECK fundamentals for daily tier cadence

This role requires advanced experience in Manufacturing & Production Supervision. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
A passion for front-line leadership and developing people
Experience in production, maintenance, or MRO environments (aerospace preferred)
Knowledge of SAP ERP system
Working knowledge of lean tools (e.g., 5S, visual management, standard work, problem solving) and a track record of measurable improvements
