As a Level 3 Support Specialist in our Treatment Delivery Escalations team, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our cutting-edge technologies are supported with excellence, helping clinicians deliver life-saving treatments around the world. 

 

What you’ll do at Elekta 

This position offers Hybrid working with flexibility of working from office 3 days a week 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Own and manage escalated cases from regional support teams. 

  • Troubleshoot complex product issues in live clinical environments. 

  • Prioritize system-down cases to minimize clinical disruption. 

  • Collaborate with business lines and global technical groups. 

  • Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across teams. 

  • Create and deliver Knowledge Articles and Field Change Orders. 

  • Support rollout of new products and features. 

  • Lead and contribute to internal projects and initiatives. 

  • Represent Elekta in internal and external meetings. 

  • Travel occasionally, sometimes at short notice. 

 

What you bring 

  •  A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.  

  • Passionate about customer care and technical excellence.  

  • Experienced in Elekta products (minimum 5 years in service/manufacturing/installation).  

  • Qualified with a minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering.  

  • Skilled in solving complex product issues and mentoring others.  

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).  

  • Flexible, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
