You will partner closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders while delivering a best‑in‑class experience for candidates.

This role offers the opportunity to help shape Axiom’s presence in the UK market while working alongside a collaborative, high‑performing global Talent team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing against Axiom’s legal talent acquisition strategy in the UK, including the identification, assessment, and attraction of high‑calibre legal talent through both traditional and creative sourcing channels.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for lawyer and legal professional candidates, managing the full‑cycle recruitment process while ensuring a positive, transparent, and efficient candidate experience.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by providing insight into market trends, talent availability, pipeline health, and recruitment progress.
  • Partnering with business and talent leadership to develop customised, strategic hiring plans aligned to client needs and evolving market demand.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with legal talent and consistently acting as an ambassador for the Axiom brand.
  • Staying current on recruiting trends, competitive dynamics, and developments within the legal industry to continuously inform and refine recruitment strategy.
Qualifications & Experience

Successful candidates will demonstrate alignment with both the role and Axiom’s unique culture. Required qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of professional recruiting experience and/or legal experience, ideally within the legal, professional services, or regulated industries.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior‑level candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to operate effectively with sophisticated, high‑calibre talent.
  • High attention to detail, paired with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Sound judgment, problem‑solving capability, and confidence operating with a high degree of autonomy.
  • A genuine interest in Axiom’s business model and the evolving legal services landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
