Responsibilities

As one of our Legal Solutions Consultants, reporting to the Chief Product Officer and based in either the UK or North America, you will be a sought-after subject matter expert, delivering advice both internally and to clients, throughout the customer journey.  You will leverage your deep legal domain knowledge and expertise across StructureFlow.  You will primarily work with the Product team and Client Success Managers (CSMs) in support of evolving and positioning the value of our solution by demonstrating how our technology can solve client challenges.

You will also advise and support Sales and Marketing with insights into market trends, emerging client needs and a wider understanding of the legal tech market and legal trends generally.  Your work will help to inform our product strategy, positioning, and strategic direction.

You will:

  • 👩🏻‍💻 Product Demonstrations: Validate customer pain points and needs by delivering targeted, specific product demonstrations both virtually and in-person. Translate technical features into value-based discussions for C-level executives, influencers, and end-user advocates.
  • 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽 Customer Engagement and Understanding: In partnership with Client Success and Sales, engage directly with prospects and clients throughout their journey, facilitating and supporting demos and trial programs to ensure successful outcomes. For clients, develop account-specific programs to drive user engagement, maximize product adoption, and deliver measurable ROI.
  • 💬 Product Feedback: Gather direct feedback from end users to enhance product direction. Dig deeper into workflows that are less understood across a range of practice areas and work to document and visualize that information.  Provide insights to the business on legal tech market and general legal practice trends.
  • 🏋🏻‍♀️ Cross-Functional Support: Share your deep domain knowledge across the organization, serving as a go-to resource for understanding the legal and transaction domains we operate in. Work with different areas of the business to deepen their knowledge of the market, our products, and what matters most to our customers.
  • 🧠 Knowledge Transfer: Create and deliver presentations demonstrating the value of StructureFlow. Develop a collection of use cases that showcase our StructureFlow’s capabilities.
  • 👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼 Partnerships: Support Product Managers by researching and developing successful partnerships and integration opportunities with other platforms in the ecosystem including document management systems, entity management systems and corporate information providers based on customer needs.
  • 📢 Networking and Advocacy: Advocate for StructureFlow within the legal community, attending relevant events (e.g., LegalWeek, ILTACON, CLOC, LMA, client events) and leveraging your knowledge to be an active participant in the legal technology industry. Establish champions, identify advocates, and network for referrals.
Requirements

You will have:

  • Professional Expertise: 2+ years of experience as a lawyer or professional in corporate transactions, litigation and dispute resolution or any other area of law relevant to StructureFlow’s client base.  Solutions consulting or a role with product advisory facets and/or a client-facing role within a high-growth legal tech company strongly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation, oral, and written communication abilities. An engaging presenter and storyteller, able to teach and tell a story in a concise and visual way. Ability to translate technical features into value-based discussions.
  • Technical Aptitude: Technically competent with interest and passion for ongoing learning. Experience working alongside software engineers and product teams to translate client needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Highly adaptable, quick thinker with curiosity to understand workflows you haven't seen before. Ability to look at problems creatively to find solutions.
  • Organization: A keen attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time, while meeting deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Passion for Innovation and Entrepreneurial Drive: Demonstrable enthusiasm for technology solutions that streamline and enhance processes within the corporate transactions, legal, and professional services sectors. Ambitious and proactive, someone who can think differently and creatively to solve problems.

It would be a bonus if you also have:
