We are seeking a Legal Operations Associate to join our growing team.
What you'll be doing:
- Help develop work plans, gather relevant data, assist in analysis, and support the creation of recommendations for process improvements.
- Track and report on key operational and performance metrics for the practice group, assisting in matter and work product analysis to support decision-making.
- Aid in setting and tracking team goals and provide support for managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Work with IT and senior team members to support the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions, assisting in system design, rollout, and user training.
- Review contracts to assist in identifying and ensuring compliance with key terms and conditions.
- Provide general administrative support, such as organizing, naming, and filing documents to help streamline workflow.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and assisting with any administrative needs.

- Ability to thrive in change and ambiguity.
- Strong written, oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and good business acumen.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and achieve success with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional documentation skills with the ability to be clear and concise.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Prior experience working with in house legal or in the tech space a plus.
- Experience administering contract lifecycle management, esignature, and/or similar systems a plus.
