SUMMARY
The Global Legal Operations department at Euronet Worldwide Inc. supports the legal function by optimising processes, streamlining operations and increasing efficiencies. This is a dynamic role which would suit someone adaptable and interested in the wider business strategy of a corporate legal department.

We are seeking a highly motivated and details-driven individual to join our growing legal team.

This role is a Hybrid role with a requirement of 3 days per week in the office located in Baker Street, London.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support contract lifecycle management systems including monitoring requests, providing users with access and reviewing contracts for effective execution
  • Updating and maintaining the internal repository with commercial contracts, templates and corporate documents
  • Handling day-to-day legal related queries about procedure from all functions within the business
  • Updating the SharePoint intranet
  • Creating data reports and presentations.
  • Evaluating and implementing the latest legal technology to automate tasks and enhance data collection accuracy.
  • Processing agreements for electronic signature
  • Supporting, where necessary, the training of new and existing colleagues in the use of the legal software and in general on how to approach the legal department.
  • Actively participate in legal operations projects, including the scoping and integration of legal tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvements in legal operations.
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties where required
Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated with a minimum of 2:1 at LLB
  • LPC or equivalent is preferred but not essential
  • 1-2 years experience working in a law firm or in-house department is essential
