As Legal Counsel, you will support our Legal Department in a dynamic IT/Tech environment with a focus on our Cloud and Data Center business lines.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Supporting corporate housekeeping of subsidiaries.
- Providing day-to-day legal support across business units.
- Assisting in the implementation of legal processes, templates, and tools.ability to work remotely across time zones and collaborate in an international environment
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in IT/Tech law.
- Supporting the use of Legal Tech solutions within the department.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified lawyer in EU, the UK, or the US.
- 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a leading law firm or in-house legal department.
- Solid understanding of commercial and corporate law; knowledge of IT law is an advantage.
- Strong interest in IT-technology.
- Experience or openness to working with Legal Tech solutions.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Structured, reliable, and pragmatic working style.
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
- Ability to work remotely across time zones and collaborate in an international environment.
