Job Description

As Legal Counsel, you will support our Legal Department in a dynamic IT/Tech environment with a focus on our Cloud and Data Center business lines.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Supporting corporate housekeeping of subsidiaries.
  • Providing day-to-day legal support across business units.
  • Assisting in the implementation of legal processes, templates, and tools.ability to work remotely across time zones and collaborate in an international environment
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in IT/Tech law.
  • Supporting the use of Legal Tech solutions within the department.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Qualified lawyer in EU, the UK, or the US.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a leading law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and corporate law; knowledge of IT law is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in IT-technology.
  • Experience or openness to working with Legal Tech solutions.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Structured, reliable, and pragmatic working style.
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
  • Ability to work remotely across time zones and collaborate in an international environment.
