THE WORK:
Join Ripple as a Transactional Attorney, where you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the global financial system. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to world-class legal solutions while collaborating with exceptionally talented professionals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements primarily in support of our custody product
- Also provide support for our payments and stablecoins products and trading activities
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement legal and corporate strategies
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Motivation to work in a rigorous work environment
- Proven experience in transactional law, preferably in the financial sector
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
