We’re looking for a motivated and focused person with recent experience (i.e. last 12 months) either working in an estate agency or legal experience in residential conveyancing to join our fast-growing law firm.

Juno is a law firm for the digital age. We’re on a mission to transform the experience of buying and selling a home. We make conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster.

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for Legal Assistants / Client Support Analysts to join our enthusiastic and empathetic team.

People who’ve done this job in the past have been promoted to other roles within Juno – Paralegal, Partnerships Associate and Workflow Developer.

Juno makes conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster
  • Juno is a modern law firm specialising in residential conveyancing and operating throughout England and Wales.

  • We complete thousands of sale, purchase and remortgage transactions each year, and we’re trusted with panel membership by 80+ mortgage lenders.

  • We’re rated as one of the best conveyancing firms in the UK by our clients (5/5 on Trustpilot) and estate agents and brokers frequently tell us how much they enjoy working with us.

  • We’ve built our own software in-house. Clients can do all their conveyancing online, and always know what’s going on. And we’ve optimised the process to complete transactions 50% faster than the average law firm.

About the role
  • This is a high-volume, phone-based role at the heart of our client experience.

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients on the phone, providing clear and confident updates, answering questions about the conveyancing process, and ensuring every client feels supported and informed.

  • You’ll need a solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process - whether that’s from working in a conveyancing team or from a sales progression role within an estate agency.

  • You’ll understand how transactions move forward, what can cause delays, and what clients, agents and lenders typically need.

  • This is a work-from-home role with normal full-time working hours between 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

    You’ll:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients each day

    • Provide accurate updates and explain next steps in a clear, reassuring way

    • Manage client expectations with professionalism and empathy

    • Work closely with our legal teams to escalate complex matters appropriately

    • Chase clients, other law firms and third parties for outstanding documents and information

    • Upload legal documents and case information to our system

You don’t need a law degree, but recent, relevant experience in residential conveyancing or estate agency sales progression is essential.

Flexible working

More than 60% of people at Juno have flexible working hours, and 30% work part-time (typically four days a week). At Juno, we believe in a healthy work–life balance. Our flexible working patterns help make room for life’s commitments whilst keeping the team running smoothly.

In exchange we expect our people to treat their home working the same as if they were in an office — with dedication, concentration and minimum distractions during working hours. We expect childcare to be in place for all working hours in the same way it would be if you worked in an office.

Each person’s needs are unique, and we aim to build teams with a mixture of working patterns which are mutually supportive.
