What you’ll do: 

As a Learning & Performance Partner, you will play a key role in developing and executing Flagstone’s Learning & Performance strategy, ensuring individuals and teams have the tools to continuously learn, grow, and excel in a fast-paced fintech environment.  

Your focus will be on: 

Learning & Development Strategy – Designing and delivering innovative learning experiences that drive capability growth. 

Professional Development – Supporting development programs that empower managers and senior leaders. 

Performance & Growth Enablement – Enhancing performance management frameworks and embedding a high-performance culture. 

Internal Mobility & Career Growth – Supporting career pathways, succession planning, and talent development programs. 

Digital Learning & Innovation – Leveraging technology and data to create impactful, scalable learning solutions. 

What you’ll bring: 

• Strong ability to design and facilitate outcome focused people development experiences that deliver business growth, both in person and virtually. 

• Proven expertise in learning design, career development, and performance management. 

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.  

• Excellent project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality programmes and learning products on time and within budget.  

• Ability to execute learning strategies end-to-end, from needs analysis to evaluation. 

• Experience with LXP’s and the skills to design learning and performance development assets. E.g. instructional design, interactive PowerPoints and PDFs.   

• A tenacity to persevere even when it gets tough.
