What you’ll be doing

Thredd is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join us in our London office. You will drive our success by designing and delivering impactful, globally accessible learning programs that build employee success. Working closely with stakeholders, you will provide expert advice, tailored solutions and deliver training that promotes a culture of continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities 

  • Proactively collaborate with external training providers to deliver impactful learning experiences, ensuring alignment with business need and goals – measuring success through comprehensive evaluation.
  • Leverage data driven insights to conduct training need analyses, evaluate outcomes, and demonstrate the value of learning interventions.
  • Design and implement robust, globally accessible learning programs utilising a blended approach, collaborating with subject matter experts to successfully design learning resources.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning initiatives, taking full ownership of their implementation from conception to delivery.
  • Oversee program management for all learning initiatives, including resource coordination, training material development, managing budgets.
  • Identify and address current capability gaps in the business and anticipate future needs – subsequently develop learning strategies that drive organisational development.
  • Lead learning workshops that enhance skills and foster engagement, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and alignment across the business.
  • Maintain and promote annual learning calendar, proactively communicating technical learning opportunities

What you bring

  • Prior experience in a learning and development role, ideally within a business partner capacity
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Experience utilising learning management systems and e-learning development tools
  • Proven track record in creating, implementing, and assessing learning initiatives
  • Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
  • Proficiency in MS office, with advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Proactive and willingness to learn new IT systems

Nice to have

  • Experience within the fintech industry, specifically payments
