Our Learning, Development & Inclusion team is a centre of excellence within the broader People & Culture Team at Stella McCartney. Role Overview
The Learning, Development, and Inclusion Coordinator is responsible for supporting with designing, implementing, and managing programs that promote employee development, enhance organizational learning, and foster an inclusive workplace culture. This role involves collaborating with various departments to support the Head of LDI to identify training needs, develop learning strategies, and ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:

Work with Head of LDI to continuously monitor needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements.

Support with the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

Support career development initiatives

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Inclusion and Diversity:

Support Head of LDI to develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.

Monitor and report on the progress of DEI initiatives.

Collaborate with HR and wider organisation to ensure inclusive hiring practices and policies.

Serve as a resource for employees on DEI-related issues and concerns.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with HR, and other stakeholders to align learning and development initiatives with organizational goals.

Communicate effectively with employees to promote learning opportunities and DEI initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and consultants.
Skills:
