An independent organization of creative thinkers and innovative doers collaborating from offices worldwide, our mission is to bring our clients' ideas to life and, in the process, lay the groundwork for a better, more resilient future. We provide support and opportunities to our employees to achieve their full potential and cultivate a rewarding career.

A commitment to challenging our people to grow, coupled with our inherent curiosity, drives Thornton Tomasetti to be a learning organisation and, increasingly, a teaching one. Recognizing that most growth comes through active engagement in on-the-job experiences, proactive independent learning, and relationships, our Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) group focuses on shortening learning curves and helping to create common frameworks across the organization related to four major skillsets: Technical, Management, Winning Work, and Leadership. • Lead the design, development, assessment, and continuous improvement of learning collateral across modalities including customizing material for specific audiences, documenting procedures, reviewing others’ work, and serving as a liaison with continuing education accreditation organizations.

  • Deliver exceptional learning experiences through a combination of facilitation, moderation, publication, and train-the-trainer efforts across programs.

  • Manage content, data, and processes in the firm-wide Workday learning management system.

  • Provide logistical, data management and analysis, and administrative support for programs.

  • Complete other tasks as assigned.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master’s preferred) in education or a related field.
