What’s the role about?

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Learning and Engagement Coordinator to support the creation of engaging learning and internal communications content across the business. This is a hands-on, varied role that plays a key part in bringing our people initiatives to life.

Joining our People Development team, you’ll create digital and video content, maintain digital platforms, coordinate projects and internal events, and provide reliable administrative support that enables the team to perform at its best. Ideal for someone early in their career who likes to make an impact.

Who you are

  • Creative and digitally confident, with an ability to create brand appropriate internal communications or learning content.
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, enjoying a hands-on role where you can take ideas from concept to completion.
  • A clear and confident communicator, able to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms, including LinkedIn and internal systems.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and systems, with good technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • A collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships across the People team and wider business.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, actively seeking feedback and opportunities for personal development.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating engaging digital and video content to support learning and internal communication campaigns, helping bring key initiatives to life in a creative and practical way.
  • Supporting the delivery of internal initiatives and awareness campaigns through well-designed content, visuals and engagement activations.
  • Uploading, organising and maintaining content on the LMS and internal platforms, ensuring materials are accurate, accessible and up to date.
  • Supporting the end-to-end coordination of learning and engagement projects -tracking timelines, managing actions and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of internal events and campaigns, helping to create positive and engaging employee experiences.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the People Development team, including research, supplier coordination, record keeping and operational tasks.
  • Maintaining organised documentation, managing practical processes such as participation tracking or reward distribution, and ensuring strong system hygiene across platforms.
  • Actively contributing to a high-performing, inclusive team culture by role modelling shared behaviours, taking ownership of your development, and supporting the delivery of our wider team strategy.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and company bonus.
  • Up to 65% employee discount.
  • Access to exclusive sample sales.
  • Aviva DigiCare+ wellbeing services.
  • Medicash health support plan.
  • Workplace pension contributions.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.
  • Electric Vehicle scheme via Octopus Energy.
  • Cycle to Work programme.
  • Season ticket travel loan.
  • Plus further workplace benefits.
