About The Role

Passionate about Learning & Development? We need a self-starter who has a keen interest in designing and developing innovative learning experiences! You will make a significant contribution to a global learning project, in a high value, highly support environment that will empower you to succeed. Join Boldyn Networks on an 18- month fixed term contract.  

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Instructional design: Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences & pathways that meet the needs of diverse learners and audience groups.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and interactive content, including multimedia elements like videos, quizzes, simulations & inclusive activities.
  • Project Management. Managing our eLearning development project, including content pipeline, timelines, assets and deliverables.
  • Course management: Manage and update eLearning courses on Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring content is current and relevant.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SME’s) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  • Evaluate and feedback: Collect and analyse feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve training content and meet expectations.
  • Quality and standards: Ensure all eLearning % training materials align with training needs & stakeholder requirements for sustainable, repeatable, and scalable learning for all Boldyn employees.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrable experience in learning or an education-based environment
  • Instructional program design, development & facilitation skills
  • You are a self-starter, engaged and motivated to learn as you see a significant project from start to completion.
  • Excellent program and project planning ability
  • Quick learning skills, confidence in your communication skills and curiosity to interact with different systems and platforms.
